​Processing & Shipping Schedule

​Frequency: We are a small business! Orders are typically processed and shipped twice a week.

​Tracking: Once your order hits the mail, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

​In-Store Pickup

​Live near South Milwaukee? Skip the shipping fees!

​Location: 916 Milwaukee Ave., South Milwaukee, WI 53172.

​How it works: Select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout. We will notify you via email when your order is ready for collection.

​Shipping Destinations

​At this time, we ship exclusively within the Continental United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

​Address Accuracy & Cancellations

​Verify Your Address: Please double-check your shipping address before hitting "complete." Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct.

​No Cancellations: To maintain our processing workflow, we have a no-cancellation policy once an order has been placed.

​Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

​Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier and a tracking number has been provided:

​Hollyville is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or delays caused by the postal service.

​If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, or if it is significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
