Processing & Shipping Schedule
Frequency: We are a small business! Orders are typically processed and shipped twice a week.
Tracking: Once your order hits the mail, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
In-Store Pickup

How it works: Select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout. We will notify you via email when your order is ready for collection.
Shipping Destinations
At this time, we ship exclusively within the Continental United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Address Accuracy & Cancellations
Verify Your Address: Please double-check your shipping address before hitting "complete." Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct.
No Cancellations: To maintain our processing workflow, we have a no-cancellation policy once an order has been placed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier and a tracking number has been provided:
Hollyville is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or delays caused by the postal service.
If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, or if it is significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
