​At Hollyville, we take pride in our curated selection and handmade goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return guidelines below:

​Return Window & Refund Method

​Timeframe: Returns must be initiated and postmarked within 30 days of the original ship date.

​Refund Type: We offer store credit only for all eligible returns. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.

​Item Condition

​To be eligible for store credit, items must be returned in their original condition:

​Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

​Free of damage, stains, or odors (smoke, perfume, etc.).

​Original tags must be attached.

​Exclusions & Final Sale

​The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit:

​Custom Handmade Items: Any items specifically handmade or customized by Hollyville are unique to your order and are not eligible for return.

​Special Events: All items purchased at special vendor events (pop-ups, markets, etc.) are final sale.  

​Shipping Information

​Original Shipping: Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

​Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
