SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Our rates are very competitive. We only use USPS First-Class shipping at this time. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $8 or FREE on all orders within the continental United States where the merchandise total is over $100. We ship twice a week, however we may ship more often during high demand periods. For expedited shipping within the continental United States we offer Express shipping for $25 which takes 1-2 business days to arrive. Please also add 1-2 days for processing. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service.

EASY RETURNS

Thank you for shopping at Hollyville! We take pride in the quality of our merchandise and want you to be happy about your order. We are happy to offer easy, no-hassle refunds on returns received within 30 days of the original invoice date. You will receive a refund to the original payment method used when placing your order.  It will take approximately 5-10 business days to process your refund once we receive it. If you would like to make a return, please ensure that your return meets the following criteria:

Returns and exchanges are accepted on items received within 30 days of the original ship date. Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are in original condition with any original tags, and have not been altered, worn, washed, or damaged. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Your return must be submitted within 30 days of the ship date of your order, we can not except any returns past this time window. If you need your item in a hurry we suggest placing a new order right away until we can process your return. Your return must be purchased from either our web store or our Etsy shop. If you purchased your item elsewhere you must contact that store or individual and process your return with them. Contact us so we may provide an RA# and details for your return. (shipping charges are non-refundable).Refunds - Please allow 4-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card account, your refund may be reflected on your next statement. PayPal refunds should appear within 24 hours.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will automatically receive an e-mail informing you when your order has shipped. It will contain a tracking number you can use to go online and track the status of your shipment..

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

We can accept all items back excluding final sale items. We also ask that you return the item in the original packaging or put in some sort of protective packaging for the return. If an item or element is missing it will be deducted from your refund. We will not accept a return if tags are missing, the item appears to be worn or is damaged with stains, makeup, deodorant markings, snags, cigarette smoke, perfume, animal or human hair, etc. If your return is dirty and requires cleaning, you will have a 10% cleaning fee deducted from your item return amount. We can not refund you until we receive your refund and inspect it.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges at this time online only in-store, please contact us to process your return and we will refund you as soon as your return arrives if follows the companies guidelines for making a return. If you come in store, please have your item in new/returnable condition please see above, along with your order number and we will be able to switch your product out. 

SALES

No raincheck on sales, which means we can not apply sale prices to previous orders, nor do we allow customers to cancel orders that have already been placed to apply the discounts.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Unless there is a problem with your order such as, your item is out of stock or delayed, we have a no cancellation policy. Once your order has been placed and processed, it is impossible for us to catch it and cancel it for you. You must wait to receive your item and then, if applicable, you may send it back for an exchange or refund (shipping charges are non-refundable). Wrong or Damaged Item - If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we may resolve your issue for you asap. 

FIT & SIZE GUIDE

We suggest that every customer get a tape measure and measure their Bust, Waist and Hips, so that they know their measurements in inches. Each item has it's own distinctive size chart.
