This black pencil dress is made from a wool blend damask velour. The top is lined in a white with black polka dot print cotton. This dress fits a size Small and measures approximately 34" Bust x 26" Waist. Handmade personally by Hollyville shop owner, Pam and was featured in British Vogue Magazine.
