At Hollyville, we take pride in our curated selection and handmade goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return guidelines below:
Return Window & Refund Method
Timeframe: Returns must be initiated and postmarked within 30 days of the original ship date.
Refund Type: We offer store credit only for all eligible returns. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.
Item Condition
To be eligible for store credit, items must be returned in their original condition:
Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
Free of damage, stains, or odors (smoke, perfume, etc.).
Original tags must be attached.
Exclusions & Final Sale
The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit:
Custom Handmade Items: Any items specifically handmade or customized by Hollyville are unique to your order and are not eligible for return.
Special Events: All items purchased at special vendor events (pop-ups, markets, etc.) are final sale.
Shipping Information
Original Shipping: Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
