Welcome to Hollyville! Whether you found us at a local vendor market or you're shopping from your couch, we’re so glad you’re here. Because many of our items are handmade right here in South Milwaukee, we do things a little differently than the big-box stores. We’ve put together this FAQ to help make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Still have questions? We’re just a text away!
Shipping & Pickup
How long will it take for my order to ship?
We are a small business! Orders are typically processed and shipped twice a week. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the Continental United States.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes! Select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout. We are located at 916 Milwaukee Ave., South Milwaukee, WI 53172. We will email you when your order is ready for collection.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
Once an order has been shipped and tracking is provided, Hollyville is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or carrier delays. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer store credit only for returns made within 30 days of the original ship date. Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered).
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes. The following are Final Sale:
Custom Handmade Items (since these are made specifically for you).
Items purchased at Special Vendor Events (pop-ups/markets).
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If there is an issue with your handmade item upon arrival, please email us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Visiting & Custom Orders
What are your shop hours?
We are open to the public on Saturdays from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
Can I visit during the week?
Yes, by appointment! To schedule a time to stop by, please text us at 414-220-0055. Please note: This is a text-only line; we do not accept voice calls.
Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?
To keep our fulfillment moving quickly, we have a no-cancellation policy once an order is placed. Please double-check your cart and shipping address before checking out!
